Calling all Nature Crafters/Artists

Nature can be inspirational whether it is watching a sunset, listening to a bird sing or just walking under the forest canopy. Artists and crafters have taken inspiration from nature for thousands of years. The Trout Lake Nature Center working to show how nature can inspire everyone in many different way. Whether is is crocheting a bird or bear, making a walking stick, painting a picture, taking a photo, or keeping a nature journal, everyone can be inspired.

Help us show how nature can inspire creativity and create works of art. If you are an artist or crafter who makes things with natural objects or to draw attention to nature, then register to join us and help make a difference that lasts a lifetime.

This Nature Craft Fair is designed to bring artists and crafters together with people wanting to learn how to make things using nature in part of the craft or as their inspiration. Visitors will get an opportunity to do some pottery, learn about crocheting, make a palm tree bracelet, or a leaf necklace. Come to learn and be inspired.
