 cludes entry fee. Registration is required. \n\nRefund Policy\n\nRefunds a
 re only made after the program takes place. A written or email requests mu
 st be received\, refunds are issued if:\n\n* Participant requests a refund
  at least 10 weekdays before the event because they can no longer attend. 
 A 15% processing costs will be deducted from the refund amount.\n* Partici
 pant requests a refund after the cut-off date due to illness\, medical eme
 rgency or death in the family.\n* TLNC provides a full refund if the progr
 am is cancelled. Registrants may be offered the options of a credit toward
 s a future program or to convert the program fee to a donation.\n\nIf no r
 efund is requested\, the program/event fee will be considered a donation t
 o the Trout Lake Nature Center's operation and programs.\n
