 rsonal encounter with wildlife. Hold an alligator\, touch a crocodile\, ha
 ndle a large snake\, learn about native or endangered snakes\, take a self
 ie with an eagle or other raptors\, pet an African Serval\, or talk to a m
 onkey. Before dinner take the edible insect challenge and try some Mexican
  grasshoppers\, Southwestern crickets\, insect jerky\, flavored mealworms\
 , or even brownies made with cricket flour. Challenge your friends to take
  a bite. Then\, gather for a dinner catered by Gourmet Today\, followed by
  an auction of nature experiences.\n\nThe Jungle Feast will also include a
  silent auction which will be available both online and at the event. Shar
 e the silent auction information with a friend since you do not have to be
  present to win. Winners are notified online.\n\nThis event raises funds t
 o expand our Education Complex. Currently\, we are in the process of  movi
 ng our parking area (to make space for new buildings)\, constructing a new
  maintenance/work area\, and building two stormwater ponds. Now with these
  updates in progress\, we are fundraising for the next steps in our expans
 ion which will be the construction of a new museum area\, indoor and outdo
 or classrooms\, a community meeting room\, additional offices\, and more.
