Nature can inspire and Art at the Lake is designed to showcase handcrafted items and original art. The Trout Lake Nature Center will be showcasing all types of creative products from paintings, to woodworking, to calligraphy, to photography, to needlework and more. We are inviting local artisans, artists and crafters to come to the Trout Lake Nature Center to show off and sell their works of art on November 9th.

Rules

• A $25 reservation fee is required that will be refunded or can be donated back to TLNC after the event.
• Artist must exhibit and be present during complete event from 10 AM to 3 PM. No early breakdowns!
• All work must be original and related to nature by the subjects chosen, materials used or both subject and materials.
• Each vendor is responsible for their own sales tax from the event.
• Outdoor exhibit space measures approximately 10’x10’.  No tents, tables or chairs are provided, you bring your own, if desired.
• Tents must be weighted to sustain up to 40 MPH gusts and rain.
• Limited indoor spaces is available and consists of a standard "cafeteria style" table on a first come, first serve basis or by the nature of the craft or products shown.
• Vehicles will NOT be permitted in the event area after 9 a.m. After set up, vendors will  park  in the western Winn Dixie parking lot. Golf carts will transport vendors to and from their vehicles at the beginning and end of the event for unloading and loading.
• Generators are not allowed and electricity is limited.
• TLNC cannot and does not guarantee against theft or damage of items at the event.
• The event is RAIN OR SHINE.

Reservation Policy:  The $25 fee will be refunded after the event provided you attend. NO Refunds will be made for no shows. Refunds may be provided in the case of a death or illness but the request must be made in writing.

RELEASE AGREEMENT

I do hereby release and hold harmless the Trout Lake Nature Center, Inc., its Board of Directors, staff and volunteers of and from any and all manner of actions, suits, damages whatsoever arising from any loss or damage to my property or anyone’s properties in my possession or supervision. I warrant that the work displayed  were produced by me unless specified in my application and approved.  A completed application is a commitment to show. The Event Committee reserves the right to make final interpretations of all rules, terms & conditions.
