It has been several years since I was here. I enjoyed seeing some of the changes and the welcome I received from staff and volunteers. I especially liked seeing the support from the Boy Scouts. Bill H.
So close to the hustle and bustle of civilization, Trout Lake Nature Center provides solitude with nature. Many walking trails, some quite easy, lead up to Trout Lake. Insect spray is provided (I recommend it). Roy
We really enjoyed our visit being surrounded by nature at Trout Lake Nature Center. You are welcomed with a magnificent oak tree. Don’t miss the two mini boardwalks off the main trail (Adventure Trail and Bobcat Trail). The kids loved them and it felt truly like an adventure. Then if you continue straight you get to Trout Lake which also has a beautiful boardwalk. Very nice nature museums on site with clean restrooms, and a couple of turtles outside too. Fun and educational trip for kids! Kaila L.

We look forward to coming with our students every year and have missed these field trips during the pandemic. We love to bring our students for a fun but educational, hands-on learning experience. Teacher, Clermont
