Event Calendar

This event is hosted by the Lake County Conservation Council and the Social Justice & Environment Committee of the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Lake County. Lake County Commissioner Sean Parks will speak on Lake County’s Strategies for Protecting Rural Areas. Commissioner Parks has served as a county commissioner since his election in 2010. He has a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science and a Master's degree in Engineering Management from the Florida Institute of Technology. He is certified as an urban and regional planner by the American Institute of Certified Planners and is a Qualified Environmental Professional. This event is open to members of not-for-profit conservation organizations serving Lake County.
