The following applies to all the above naming opportunities

• A formal contract signing ceremony will be arranged and press releases sent.
• The donor will be honored at a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the completion of the building with a small-scale model of the building.
• The donor will receive unlimited access for two to all TLNC’s activities during the term of the contract.
• The donor’s name will be listed in TLNC’s annual report, on the website and other social media at the time of donation and at the ribbon cutting and dedication.
• The agreed-upon name will be displayed at the appropriate room entrance.

A contract with the exact wording of the name and containing a time frame of 25 years or the lifetime of the building, whichever is shorter, should be agreed upon and approved by the Board of Directors. At the end of the contract, it may be renegotiated.
