Outdoor yoga is transitioning to a new type of yoga, location, day and time. Join us on Fridays for mat yoga. This yoga class is a little more advanced than our Wednesday Chair Yoga class and a mat is needed for the class. For more information contact Yoga Instructor Nancy LaPointe at laf4good@yahoo.com. Cost is $5/person and includes entry fee to TLNC.
