Each month TLNC invites various scientists, nature lovers, storytellers and environmentalist to speak on a wide variety of topics. Although some topics appeal more to adults, children are always welcome. TLNC does charge a $5/vehicle entry fee to all non-TLNC members. This month features Christopher Nicholson and Miracle Baby, FL. Bald Eagle Nest.

During the hot summer months, we offer programs off-site but our shaded trails, screened picnic shelter, air conditioned museum and education buildings remain open for visitors to enjoy.

Some on-site summer programs we offer include:

Reading Tails with the PAWS Therapy dogs and Naturalist story for your child to enjoy and practice their reading skills.
Naturalist Series: Various monthly programs are presented by biologists, scientists and other experts in their field from Lake and surrounding counties. June's program will focus on Red Tide and Sawfish.
