Are you thinking about your end of year giving? Consider giving to TLNC during Giving Week. Your participation in Giving Week helps us qualify for matching funds, increasing the impact that your donation will have.

The Trout Lake Nature Center participates in the Mount Dora Community Trust's Giving Week. Starting at 9 AM on December 2nd you can donate online on the Mount Dora Community Trust Giving Week website or by check made out to MDCT with TLNC written on the memo line.

All donations must be completed by 3 PM on December 9th. Any checks must be delivered before the deadline to their office. You can bring a check to the Trout Lake Nature Center by 3 PM on December 8th and we will take them to MDCT's office before the deadline for you.

Art at the Lake

Nature can inspire and Art at the Lake is designed to showcase handcrafted items and original art. The Trout Lake Nature Center will be showcasing all types of creative products from paintings, to woodworking, to calligraphy, to photography, to needlework and more. We are inviting local artisans, artists and crafters to come to the Trout Lake Nature Center to show off and sell their works of art on November 9th.
