Upcoming Events

Aliens are in our forests. Not the science fiction kind but invasive exotic plants and animals. They are not native to our area and can out compete the native plants and animals because they often have not predators to keep their numbers under control. Joe Bishop, Florida Forest Service will provide information on these invaders, how they are impacting our forests and what you can do to help. After the presentation a short hike will be conducted to help you learn to identify common invasive plants in the area.
