Inspired By Nature: Sip & Paint Christmas Cards

This Adult beginner watercolor project painting will feature your own Christmas cards while you sip your favorite beverage (remember to bring your own drinks). Use them for decorations, send them to a loved one or attach them to that special gift. You will be able to paint up to 3 cards (cards and envelopes included). In class, you will learn how to apply a pattern, add details and color and much more! Class fee is $50 and it includes all supplies, brushes and paints. You must register in advance on the TLNC website or by calling 352-357-7536.

Art at the Lake

Nature can inspire and Art at the Lake is designed to showcase handcrafted items and original art. The Trout Lake Nature Center will be showcasing all types of creative products from paintings, to woodworking, to calligraphy, to photography, to needlework and more. We are inviting local artisans, artists and crafters to come to the Trout Lake Nature Center to show off and sell their works of art on November 9th.
